Once inspection is completed and approved, NASHPROPERTIESSHOP will process your refund promptly to your original payment method. Customized products, clearance items, and products damaged due to improper personal use or artificial destruction are not eligible for free returns.

The warranty service is exclusively available to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred with resold furniture orders.
